Rooted Radiance Juice
Rooted Radiance Juice is a perfect remedy for times when you feel anxious or ungrounded, or when you’re experiencing sluggishness and lack of motivation. This juice is an ideal companion during the cooler months of fall, winter, and spring, or any time when you need a warming and nourishing drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple (seeds removed)
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1/4 head purple cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 beet
- 1 lemon (including peel)
- 1 inch peeled fresh ginger
- Optional: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
Instructions:
- Juice all base ingredients in a juicer (not a blender).
- Stir the spirulina powder into the freshly made juice.
Enjoy!
Cool & Calm Juice
This refreshing and cooling Ayurvedic Juice can help to balance and soothe your body and mind when you’re feeling irritable, acidic, or overheated during the summer. Enjoy it as a tasty and healthy way to cool off and calm down.
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber*
- 1 celery stalk*
- 1 apple, seeds removed*
- 1/4 head of purple cabbage*
- 2 to 3 kale leaves (or a handful of spinach)*
- 1 handful of cilantro*
- 1/2 lemon, including peel*
- Optional: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
Directions:
- Juice all the base ingredients in a juicer (not a blender).
- Stir in the spirulina powder into the freshly made juice.

How to Make Chicken Bone Broth
Ingredients:
- 1 grass-fed organic chicken carcass or back bones, or 3 to 6 pounds of marrow bones
- 2 quartered onions*
- 4 celery stalks*, cut in large chunks
- 2 large carrots*
- ¼ cup (for 3 lbs) or ½ cup (for 6 lbs) apple cider vinegar
- Water to fill the Instant Pot up to 2 inches to the top
- 1 tbsp Himalayan pink salt or pure sea salt
- Optional:
- Grass-fed organic chicken feet, for extra gelatin
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Black pepper
- 1 tsp mixed fennel, coriander, cumin seeds
- 1 inch kombu seaweed
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- Some fresh thyme
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set it to Pressure Cook on High for 2 hours.
- Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release its pressure.
- Strain out the veggies and bones, transferring the broth to a container and put it in the fridge.
- Once the broth is chilled, scrape off any excess fat from the surface.
- Store the broth in the fridge for up to a week or freeze in smaller batches for future use.
- Warm up and enjoy the broth on its own or use it as a base for soup.
By following these instructions, you’ll have a flavorful and nourishing chicken bone broth ready in no time using an Instant Pot.

How to Make Digestive Delight Curry Powder
To make Digestive Delight Curry Powder, you can use the following ingredients and instructions:
Ingredients:
- 8 teaspoons ground cumin seeds (cumin powder)*
- 8 teaspoons ground coriander seeds (coriander powder)*
- 8 teaspoons ground fennel seeds (fennel powder)*
- 8 teaspoons dried ginger powder (if sensitive to ginger, decrease to 4 teaspoons)*
- 4 teaspoons turmeric powder*
- 4 teaspoons amla powder
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Store the curry powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
- Use as needed in your Ayurvedic recipes.
Note: If you can’t find the ground versions of the spices, you can grind whole seeds using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle. Also, adjust the amount of ginger powder to your sensitivity level.
Month 4 Supplies
Nothing new is needed.
Optional Supplies

- Coffee Cup Warmer (to warm up oils for Abhyanga to an exact temperature — it’s wonderful!)
