Online Yoga Classes on Twitch!

Do yoga with me, live!

I am teaching yoga classes online on Twitch. For now, I’m teaching 3 days each week.  Monday, Tuesdays, and Fridays at 5:15 am CST.   Visit my Twitch page so you can see when my class starts in your local time.

The Prime Cleanse — Coming in March!

Y’all I used to weigh almost 200 pounds! Then I discovered yoga and running in college and I finally dropped down to 135 pounds! wow! But I STILL felt fat…. why!!!?

I will tell you why. Because I was carrying around about 10 pounds of inflammation weight. Last year I tried a 4-stage cleanse called “The Prime” and I lost those last 10 pounds and didn’t gain it back. WOW! Over the holidays I put on about 3 pounds, but that’s it. I am going to do the prime cleanse again this March.

I would love for you to join me. I am going to share the link to the book, and, no, Dr. Chaudhary doesn’t pay me to share this info.  It just helped me SO so so much and changed my life; therefore, I am highly recommending it to help.
