Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation changed my life. I used to weigh almost 200 pounds. I was tired all the time β I didnβt feel good and I didnβt feel good about myself. I felt stuck in a vicious lifestyle of eating unhealthy, addictive foods. I wanted a change, so I started practicing yoga in 2000. I also learned Ayurveda, and this powerful tool taught me how to enjoy food without dieting.
Now I feel great! My weight is consistent. I feel freer, lighter, and happier.
This 20-minute yoga practice will help you find the sleep you need. Lie down and relax. Get ready for blissful sleep. It contains background music with soft, dulcet tones and sounds of calming, gentle ocean waves. Basic knowledge of Sankalpa will be helpful (see Sankalpa by practicing Sleep Yoga Nidra – Discover Your Sankalpa). The music is composed by Ajit Deshpande, a world-renowned composer of meditation music, SoundsOfNidra.com.
