How to Prepare and Repair Your Body for Spontaneous Weight Loss

Y’all I used to weigh almost 200 pounds! Now I am 117 pounds.

In 2000, I started doing yoga and tried running. On my journey, I have tried low-calorie diets, low-carb diets , and even counted points. After a lot of hard work, I dropped down to 135 pounds! However, I wasn’t at my goal weight and I couldn’t get there no matter what I tried.

Then I tried The Prime Cleanse.

In 2019, I tried a 4-stage cleanse called “The Prime Cleanse” designed by Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary, and I lost 10 pounds without dieting or monitoring my weight. What is even better is I didn’t gain the weight back.

Again, in March 2020, I did the cleanse and lost another 8 pounds. Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary, the neurologist who designed the cleanse, recommends doing the cleanse semi-annually. So, I am going to do it again this Fall Season.
