So excited to introduce a new class this week: Balance Body and Mind (Wednesday). We will work on balancing both hemispheres of the brain as well as our physical bodies.
We are continuing our yoga for beginners (Monday), Yoga for Hips (Tuesday), and Good Vibes Yoga (Thursday).
