We are starting a new Series. This one is for newbies: Yoga for Noobs! Join us this week!
We will be continuing our yoga for Hips series and doing another Yoga for Lungs class. Thursday we will have a special treat for you: Good Vibes Yoga, to help us to de-stress, reduce anxiety, and most importantly to promote a sense of well-being, with positive, good vibes.
