Hello! Let’s do yoga together. All my yoga classes are on Twitch! Monday is for beginners, Tuesday is for hips, Wednesday is a short class for those in a time crunch (but it is still an effective workout)! Thursday we will strengthen and tone our bodies. Check out the class schedule below.
