Prices:

  • $45 unlimited monthly.  (Special Intro offer: New Students $35 unlimited monthly classes for May 2019.)
  • $10 drop in.
  • Private sessions are $45 for groups up to 4 people & $10 per each additional person.

I founded Grace Yoga, and my focus as a yoga teacher is Yoga Nidra to relieve stress and allow the body to perform as designed. My mission is to cultivate a healthy, enriched, balanced, and love-centered life. I teach yoga because I am passionate about enriching life here and now. My vision is for everyone to enjoy their life experience. Yoga is a path to create a better life experience right now. I became a practitioner of yoga in 2000 at the University of Texas at Dallas. My approach to yoga is one of grace and compassion. The five things I am most passionate about are my Christian faith, family & friends, food, music, and yoga. I completed my RYT 200 certification through the YANA Shala school in Dallas, TX.
